Women’s Retreatant Application

Please fill out this online application and send your deposit of $40 to Saint Ferdinand Catholic Church, 1109 Coronel St., San Fernando, CA 91340.  Please make checks payable to “Saint Ferdinand Catholic Church ACTS” 

NOTE: Approximately 7-10 days prior to the retreat start date you will receive a letter describing the necessities you will need for the retreat. Should you have any questions, you can reply to the confirmation email you will receive once you submit your application.
